According to a 2018 study by the United Nations Population Fund, one in two women experiences violence at least once in their lives, and one in three experiences physical violence.

All types of domestic violence (psychological, physical, economic and sexual) are present in the life of every eighth woman in Belarus.

15 thousand calls were received over 8 years of operation of the nationwide hotline for victims of domestic violence.
